These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeployerBox ("the platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DeployerBox.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the platform.

Use of the Platform

DeployerBox provides tools to build and deploy software using AI. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to build, deploy, or distribute anything that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your Content and Projects

You retain ownership of the code, content, and projects you create with DeployerBox. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or generate.

Third Party Services and Keys

The platform lets you connect third party services such as GitHub, cloud providers, and AI model providers using your own credentials and keys. You are responsible for your use of those services and for any costs they incur. Your use of each connected service is also subject to that provider's own terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features, and we will provide notice of material changes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeployerBox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DeployerBox after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
